Learn basic awareness techniques that will help you take immediate control for better balance in everyday activities as well as in exercise and sports.
Saturdays, May 12 thru June 2, 2:30 to 3:45 pm, $50
Learn multiple awareness techniques to improve your balance in everyday activities as well as in exercise and sports. The classes include balance exercises and mindful movement practice.
Mondays, 3 to 4 pm
Balance Lab is an ongoing/drop-in class for participants who have completed a 4 or 6-Week Minding Your Balance Class. Attendees are requested to contact us about their intention to participate in a class.
